To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare your measurement to our specific size guides located on each product page. Our helmets often feature dial-fit systems for custom adjustments.
What is your return policy for riding apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. For safety reasons, riding helmets and protective vests must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they have not been compromised.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment like saddles?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the weight and size of saddles and heavy stable equipment, these items may require an additional 48 hours for processing before dispatch.
Are Ovation Riding products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Ovation products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents or improper care.
Do you offer international shipping for equestrian gear?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the gear and the destination province.
