At Ovation Riding, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring all equestrian gear is clean and free of debris.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
